Refund Policy

1. STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Products purchased from Hostiguard may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

If a client's actions violate applicable laws or Hostiguard's Terms of Service, any payments made will not be refunded.

2. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND

The following services are eligible for refund under our standard terms:

• Hosting (All plans, except VPS and first payment after Free Trial)
• SSL Certificates
• Daily Backups
• Hostiguard Email & Priority Support
• WordPress Addons

3. PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain Name Renewals and successful Transfers
• Redemption Fees
• Privacy Protection (ID Protection)
• VPS Licenses and Website Cleanup services
• Any service suspended or terminated due to abusive usage or TOS violation

4. SPECIAL REFUND TERMS

• New Domain Registrations: Refundable only if initiated within 96 hours of registration and if more than 24 hours have passed since your last domain refund.
• VPS Hosting: Refundable within 30 days, provided that at least 180 days have passed since your last VPS refund.
• Domain Transfers: Refundable only if the transfer fails and the request is made within 30 days of payment.

5. REFUNDS TO BALANCE

While we generally refund to the original funding source, you may choose to receive your refund as credits in your Hostiguard Balance for instant use on other services. Once a refund is issued to your balance, it is irrevocable and cannot be moved to another source.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute will be considered a breach of your payment obligations. Hostiguard reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and all associated services (including domains) without notice in the event of a chargeback.

To avoid account suspension, we strongly encourage you to contact Hostiguard Support before filing a dispute with your bank.
