Terms of Service

1. OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website (“Site”) and the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”).

Terms of Service and the documents to which they refer, form an agreement (“Agreement”) between Hostiguard and you. The Agreement is made effective as of the date of your use of the Site or the date of electronic acceptance thereof, whichever occurs earlier. The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to Hostiguard. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “Customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts the Agreement.

2. CONTRACTING ENTITY

Unless otherwise indicated, your contract is with Hostiguard, located at:
122 Al Mustaqbal Street, City Walk, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your use of this Site or Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATIONS

By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the UAE or other applicable jurisdictions.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account. You agree to keep your Account secure, use strong passwords, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Hostiguard will not be liable for any loss you incur due to unauthorized use of your Account.

5. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site or Services in a manner that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Promotes child pornography or exploitation.
• Engages in spamming, hacking, or distributing viruses/malware.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interferes with the operation of Hostiguard servers or networks.

6. FEES, PAYMENTS AND AUTO-RENEWAL

All paid Services are provided on a subscription basis. You authorize Hostiguard to charge your chosen Payment Method for initial purchases and subsequent renewals. Auto-renewal is enabled by default to ensure service continuity. You may disable auto-renewal at any time through your Client Area.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Hostiguard be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services, loss of data, or hardware failures. Hostiguard's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the competent courts of Dubai.
